OAAP — 45 YEARS OF PROMOTING BRANDS
The Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines (OAAP) quietly marked its 45th year last August 13. The OAAP takes pride in helping boost product brands in the minds of Filipino consumers through out-of-home advertising.
Significantly, because of outdoor ads competitive costs, they have enabled small and medium-scale enterprises (SME’S) to expose their brands to mass consumers. “In the light of today’s highly competitive market,” OAAP President Atty. Jose M. Vale said, “it is gratifying to note how we have helped many SME’S create awareness for their brands, thus contributing also to the government’s thrust to promote these enterprises in the country’s economic scenario.”
Through the years, to sustain the growth of outdoor advertising, members of the OAAP have also taken consistent measures to improve outdoor structures for public safety, and to maintain visual appeal for public appreciation.
