At 8:30PM to 9:30PM tonight, March 19, 2016,Saturday, cities and towns all over the world will switch off their lights for one (1) hour - sending a powerful message that yes, it is definitely possible to take action on global warming. The Philippines will join millions of communities in this symbolic act. The OAAP joins the whole world by switching off Billboards and LED lights for an hour.
