OAAP WEATHER ADVISORY, 07 July 2016


According to PAGASA, Typhoon "BUTCHOY" has slowed down while maintaining  strength as it continues to move closer to Taiwan, with maximum sustained winds of 220kph near the center and gustiness of up to 255kph, forecast to move West Northwest at 20 kph.  Please monitor your billboards, and roll it down, when necessary, in areas affected by strong winds due to the effects of Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, to prevent damages for public safety. FYI. Stay safe everyone.
